Forts Ferry Farm in Latham, NY, is a chef-led produce farm founded in 2014 by Culinary Institute of America alums Emma Hearst and John Barker. Known for its sustainably grown produce and small-batch provisions, the farm once offered a CSA program, farm tours, on-site retail shop, and farm-to-table meals made with ingredients grown just steps away. While its Latham storefront has since closed, Forts Ferry continues to supply the Upper Hudson area seasonal vegetables, baked goods, pantry items, and chef-crafted products through Troy farmers market and the Forts Ferry Farm Shoppe in Hudson.
